SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Production Time:All orders are processed within 5 – 7 business days.
• Processing Time: It takes 1 – 2 days to ship your order from our warehouse to logistics companies.
• Shipping Time:You will receive your order from 7 – 15 business days (depends on shipping method) from the date that it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.
• Shipping Cost:
  • Standard shipping: $3.95 (10 – 15 days).
  • Express shipping: $19.95 (5 – 7 days)
• Tracking Number:When available, we will send you a tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.
• Return & Exchange:If you are not happy with your purchase, we will work to correct the problems. Items can be returned/exchanged and get Refund within 30 days of delivery date. (Please check our Return & Exchange Policy below).
• Notice: 
  – Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. There’s no extra charge for this. 
  – In some cases, we will contact you via email to confirm order quantity or credit card fraud investigation before produce.

Return & Exchange Policy:The return & exchange policy will only apply to damaged items that have any manufacturing problems. We cannot refund or exchange goods for a change of mind or errors you made in your order. It will take 2-3 days for us to reproduce. Orders then will be shipped by express to ensure delivery time.
